10% of the project cost is billed monthly after launch, across all three tiers. That covers monitoring, small content edits, security patches, and making sure the site keeps working the way it did on day one. It's not an upsell — it's part of the build.

Before you ask.

How long does a build take?
Typically 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the project — a Starter site moves fast, while a Premium build with custom features takes longer to get right.
What counts as a revision?
Adding, removing, or changing features within the original scope, along with adjustments like domain changes — the kind of refinement that happens as a build takes shape. Work outside the original scope is quoted separately.
Who owns the domain and hosting?
You do. You own your domain and choose your own hosting provider, and our team works directly within that setup throughout development — no lock-in to our accounts.
What if I want to leave after the build?
You're completely free to leave and keep everything we built for you. Once you're off the upkeep plan, ongoing support and maintenance are no longer included — but you're welcome to resubscribe any time.
How is the 10% upkeep billed?
Billed monthly on the same date as your site's launch, starting the month after launch. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
