When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, business type, budget tier, and project details you provide. We don't collect payment information through this form — billing details are handled separately once a project begins.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Analytics & cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you. You can opt out using a browser extension like Google's Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

4. Third-party services

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, and call scheduling is handled by Calendly. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

5. Project ownership

You own your domain and choose your own hosting provider. Once a project is delivered, the files and design are yours — see the Terms below for what happens if you leave the upkeep plan.

6. Terms of service

Build timeline: Projects typically take 3–10 business days depending on project complexity.

Revisions: Adding, removing, or changing features within the original scope is included. Work outside the original scope is quoted separately.

Monthly upkeep: Every tier includes a 10% monthly upkeep and support fee, billed on the same date each month as your site's launch, starting the month after launch.

Cancellation: Cancel the upkeep plan anytime with 30 days' notice. You're free to leave and keep everything built for you — support and maintenance simply end when the plan does, and you're welcome to resubscribe later.
